Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026. This Policy explains when Neuraldevtools issues refunds for paid educational programs and consultations. It complements the Terms of Use.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you paid directly to Neuraldevtools for a scheduled Desk Brief, clinic, lab seat, or private cohort. Free resources and informational browsing are not refundable transactions.

Timeframe

To request a full refund for a multi-session program, contact us at least 14 days before the first live session. For single-session Desk Briefs, contact us at least 48 hours before the appointment.

Full refunds

We issue a full refund when you cancel inside the timeframe above, when we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when we materially fail to deliver the sessions described in your invoice.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after a multi-session program has begun, we may refund the unused session fees minus a €120 administration charge, provided you notify us before the third session. Partial refunds are not available once more than half of the scheduled contact hours are delivered.

Non-refundable items

Travel booked by you, third-party translator fees already incurred, customized scenario writing completed before cancellation, and downloadable materials already released to your cohort are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@neuraldevtools.digital with the subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, and the program name. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request meets this Policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add a few days before funds appear.

Cancellations by Neuraldevtools

If we must cancel, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

Exceptions

Statutory rights that apply to consumers under German law remain unaffected. If a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your distance contract, those rules prevail over this Policy where they conflict.
